Ballastone Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to your arrival date. Advance deposits will be refunded for cancellations made outside of the 7-day period, minus a $50 administration fee. For cancellations made within the 7 day period, you will be responsible for full payment of your reservation. For special events (RocknRoll Marathon, St. Patrick’s Day) and Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day) a special 14 day cancellation policy will apply.

Children over 16 are welcome. We gladly partner with Catnip ‘n’ Biscuits, the only doggie day care/boarding center in Savannah to offer upscale indoor and outdoor play yards that are fun, spacious, clean and safe. You can book through us, or directly at Catnip ‘n’ Biscuits

Upon arrival at Ballastone, please temporarily park in our loading zone, located directly in front of the inn. You may enter the main entrance for check in. Once checked in, you may unload your luggage. A staff member is available to assist you if requested. We also have an elevator for your convenience. Ballastone does not offer off-street parking, therefore we recommend finding a metered space on Oglethorpe Avenue. We do have for purchase both one-day ($15) and two-day ($24) city of Savannah parking passes that are valid for any metered parking space in the historic area. Please let the concierge know if you would like to purchase a pass.

Formal tea begins at 4 p.m. daily and hors d ‘oeuvres are served at 6 p.m. at our antique bar.
